1. Validity Period

• Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

2. Redemption

• Gift cards can be redeemed both online at www.curvegear.com and in-store.
• Each gift card has a unique number that must be entered at checkout to redeem its value.
• Customers who purchase gift cards online will receive an electronic gift card via email with a unique code that should be used either online or in-store.
• Customer who purchase gift cards in-store will receive a email as well as a physical gift card with a unique code that should be used either online or in-store.

3. Denominations

• Gift cards can be purchased in any value in-store only.
• Standard denominations available are: R500, R1500, R2000, R2500, R3000, R3500, R4000, R4500, and R5000.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No cash change will be given on purchases made with the gift card.

5. Usage Limitations

• Gift cards can be used in conjunction with promotions, discounts, and other offers, as they are a form of payment.

6. Balance Inquiry

• If the full value of your gift card is not used on your first purchase, the balance will remain on the gift card.
• Top-ups are not permitted on gift cards.
• Customers can email customersupport@curvegear.com for assistance with balance inquiries or ask in-store staff on the remaining funds available.

7. Purchase and Activation

• There are no fees associated with purchasing or activating a Curve Gear gift card.

8. Partial Payments

• Gift cards can be used for partial payments. If the purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, or cash).

9. Multiple Gift Cards

• Multiple gifts cards may be used towards a single purchase.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

10. Shipping

• Gift cards can be used to pay for the total order amount, including shipping and taxes.

11. Gift Card Balances

• Gift card balances can be checked in-store at a till points or by calling the Customer Service team on: +27 79 265 5353

12. Security

• For security reasons, this gift card should be kept in a safe place and is the responsibility of the recipient.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. However, if you are in possession of the gift card number, you can call the Customer Service team on +27 79 265 5353 to report it lost or stolen. We will then block the remaining amount on the gift card and transfer it to another gift card, available when you next visit any Curve Gear store.
• Should the gift card be deleted or the Customer’s cellphone lost/stolen, Curve Gear will not be liable for any reimbursement of any nature.
• The usage of the gift card is solely at the risk and discretion of the user.
