How to return an item:

There are 2 ways to return an item for a refund:

1. Return in-store - FREE

2. Courier Returns - PAID FOR BY CUSTOMER

A courier will be arranged to pick up the item(s), this will be at your expense. Follow these steps to log a return with a courier service:

  1. Complete the "Request A Refund" form here
  2. Our team will then advise you on which courier is best to use. Note: the entire booking process and payment thereof for the courier will be at your cost
  3. Once the item(s) is received at our DC and has successfully been assessed, a refund will be issued
  4. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the refund to reflect

Refunds
  • Once your return arrives at one of our warehouses and the quality has been approved, we’ll initiate your refund.
  • If you chose an e-gift card as the refund method, you’ll receive this via email immediately after your return is approved.
  • If you chose to get a refund issued to your original payment method, then it can take up to 5 - 10 business days to see the amount on your account, depending on your bank.
  • However, in some cases, we reserve the right to make refunds through an adidas e-gift card. See our Return Policy for details.
  • Exclusions apply, including for resellers and those who provided an incorrect shipping address. Please see the Refund Details for more info.

Restrictions

Some exclusive items have a limited return period and can only be returned within 7 or 14 days after receiving your order.

Final Sale Items
Certain items are designated as final sale and not eligible for returns. However, if your product is defective and you are legally entitled to a refund, you may contact our customer service to start the return process and receive a refund via gift card.

e-Gift card refunds
We reserve the right to make refunds through an Curve Gear e-gift card in some cases. See our Return Policy for details.


FAQ'S

We will gladly refund (within 14 days) or exchange (within 30 days) your Curve Gear purchase, provided the item is returned to one of our stores within the allotted days of purchase. The item must be returned in a resalable condition, unworn, undamaged and in its original undamaged packaging. On receipt, items will be inspected and if it is determined that the item meets the above criteria, a refund or exchange will be initiated.

All Curve Gear products have a 14-day return policy.

You can request a return by visiting the 'submit a return' page. You only need to enter the order number, your email address, the reason for the return and how many items you want to return.

If you have paid with a credit card, the card used to make the purchase must be used to process the refund. Refunds can take up to 5 - 10 business days to reflect in your account, as all banks have a processing turnaround on refunds.

Where possible you will be refunded by the same method that you were paid. For any purchase paid with a debit card, you will be required to submit a bank confirmation letter, not older than 3 months, to process your refund. Cash purchases will be refunded via EFT. We will send you a proof of payment for your reference.

Courier fees will be for the customers account unless a confirmed factory defects is present, we will refund the courier fees. Customers need to keep a proof of payment when booking the courier.
