Exchanges
Exchanging an item:
  • You can exchange your item for free within 30 days after receiving your order.
  • Everything you exchange should be in its original state and packaging. Make sure you don’t cut off tags if there are any.
  • You can only exchange an item once. If it still isn’t to your liking, you can return the item and order something else.

  • View our store locator to locate your nearest store

Courier Exchanges - PAID FOR BY CUSTOMER

  • Email your address, order number and details of the issue with the item to: customersupport@curvegear.co.za
  • Our team will then advise you on which courier is best to use. Note: the entire booking process and payment thereof for the courier will be at your cost.
  • Once the item is received at our DC and has successfully been assessed, we will determine if it is eligible for an exchange
  • Our team will then send you a mail to confirm if your order is eligible for an exchange. If successful, it will be your responsibility to ensure a courier collects your order from us.

Limited Items:

Limited items cannot be exchanged. If the item is not to your liking, consider returning it (within 30 days after receiving your order) and reordering it in a different size or colour.
