Accepted Payment Methods
- Debit & Credit Cards: We accept all major debit and credit cards via Peach Payments.
- Instant EFT: Payments can be made through Peach Payments for quick and secure transactions.
- Payflex: An instalment payment option for flexible financing.
- PayJustNow: An instalment payment option for flexible financing.
- Mobi Cred: Another instalment payment method available for your convenience.
Refund Policy
- Credit Card Payments: If you have paid with a credit card, the same card must be used to process the refund. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account, as banks have a processing turnaround on refunds.
- EFT Payments: EFT refunds are subject to a 5–10 day turnaround on processing. For purchases paid via debit card, Ozow, or Instant EFT, you will be required to submit a bank confirmation letter, not older than 3 months, to process your refund.
- Cash Purchases: Cash purchases will be refunded via EFT. We will provide you with proof of payment for your reference.
General Refund Information
- Wherever possible, refunds will be processed using the same method you used for payment.
- For all refund requests, please ensure you have your proof of purchase and relevant payment details ready.
- We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible, but please be aware that processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institutions involved.
