Accepted Payment Methods
  • Debit & Credit Cards: We accept all major debit and credit cards via Peach Payments.
  • Instant EFT: Payments can be made through Peach Payments for quick and secure transactions.
  • Payflex: An instalment payment option for flexible financing.
  • PayJustNow: An instalment payment option for flexible financing.
  • Mobi Cred: Another instalment payment method available for your convenience.

Refund Policy
  • Credit Card Payments: If you have paid with a credit card, the same card must be used to process the refund. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account, as banks have a processing turnaround on refunds.
  • EFT Payments: EFT refunds are subject to a 5–10 day turnaround on processing. For purchases paid via debit card, Ozow, or Instant EFT, you will be required to submit a bank confirmation letter, not older than 3 months, to process your refund.
  • Cash Purchases: Cash purchases will be refunded via EFT. We will provide you with proof of payment for your reference.

General Refund Information
  • Wherever possible, refunds will be processed using the same method you used for payment.
  • For all refund requests, please ensure you have your proof of purchase and relevant payment details ready.
  • We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible, but please be aware that processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institutions involved.

Once your order has been shipped, a digital invoice will be sent to your email address. Attached to the email is the invoice.
