When your order has been processed, we will send you an order confirmation email. This will have your tracking number along with a link you can use o track your orders progress.
Delivery takes 3-5 business days from the time you place your order.
All orders over R800 gives you free delivery anywhere in South Africa. If your order is below R800, a flat rate of R132 delivery fee will be applied.
You need to inform us (via email or call) within 24 hours of your online order. Past 24 hours, we cannot change you address.

We try our best to assist you in finding the right size since sizes and measurements vary across categories and styles. To determine your size, navigate down to the 'product details' section on the product you want to order and select the size guide.
Orders are usually shipped within 1 working day of purchase. Tracking information will be shared with you via email.
Please keep your slip/invoice as your proof of purchase.
We will gladly refund or exchange your Curve Gear purchase, provided the item is returned to one of our stores within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in a resalable condition, unworn, undamaged and in its original undamaged packaging.
On receipt, items will be inspected and if it is determined that the item meets the above criteria, a refund or exchange will be initiated.
All Curve Gear products have a 30-day return policy.
You can request a return by visiting the 'request a return' page. You only need to enter the order number, your email address, the reason for the return and how many items you want to return.
If you have paid with a credit card, the card used to make the purchase must be used to process the refund. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account, as all banks have a processing turnaround on refunds.
Where possible you will be refunded by the same method that you were paid. For any purchase paid with a debit card, you will be required to submit a bank confirmation letter to process your refund. Cash purchases will be refunded in cash where possible or via EFT. We will send you a proof of payment for your reference.
