Defects Policy

We reserve the right to determine whether product failure or damage is due to fair
wear and tear or abuse. A physical inspection of the product will be conducted, and
items may need to be returned to our head office or factory for quality assessment.
If a quality issue or manufacturing defect is identified within 6 months of purchase,
we will attempt to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace the item
and reimburse any courier costs incurred. Please keep the courier invoice when
making a quality claim.

Items not eligible for return due to fair wear and tear include:

  • Water damage or watermarks on shoes, dirty soles, and walking creases.
  • Stitched-down construction issues resulting from normal wear, accidental
    stubbing, or scuffing.
  • Leather stretching and moulding to the foot over time.
  • Marks and blemishes on genuine leather products, as well as variations in
    colour and shade.

If customer abuse is determined to be the cause of the damage, a return will not be entertained. However, we will facilitate repairs on the product where possible, with all costs being your responsibility.
